I have a 200 series flow sensor and a known pipe I.D. that's not in your manual. Can you give me the correct "K factor" and "offset?

Yes I can give you the correct "k" and "offset", or you can download software that will do it for you 24-7. All you need is any Windows operating system. The software is for our 310 programmable analog transmitters and will calculate "k" and "offset" values for pipe sizes not in our 200 series sensor manuals.
Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
and  windows 3.1

I have a 2300 that is flashing error code 38 (or 39), how can I clear it?

Error code 38 indicates that one or both temperature channels have exceeded full-scale input voltage. Error code 39 indicates the opposite, below minimum value. Usually this means the temperature sensors are not connected or improperly wired. It could also mean that the 2300 is programmed for the wrong type of temperature sensors After checking for correct connections and temp sensors. Press MENU, DIAG, ERROR after 5 second pause you will see "CLEAR ERROR?". Answer yes with the up arrow. For a complete list of 2000 series error codes click here.
