Pulse Output Transmitter

The Data Industrial Model 600 (housed) and 650 (unhoused) Pulse Output Transmitter is a compact electronic device that receives input signals from any Data Industrial, non-magnetic Impeller Flow Sensor. They accumulate and "divide" it to produce an output pulse scaled to a user selectable unit of measurement; i.e. 1 pulse per gallon, 1 pulse per cubic foot, 1 pulse per 10 meters. The scale is field set from an internal 12 position dip switch. No additional calibration device is necessary.
Like all Data Industrial products, the 600/650 may be used as a single purpose device, providing one output from a flow sensor; or combined with other pulse transmitters or set point controls to provide complete data acquisition or process control from a single sensor.

Model 650

Product Features:
User Adjustable Scale-The user can select the units per pulse from a wide range, depending on pipe size, from the calibration charts supplied with the unit. The calibration is set by positioning a series of dip switches on the circuit board.
3 Types of Pulse Units- Every model 600/650 is equipped with a TTL output. The user may also order either a dry contact mechanical relay closure, or an opto-isolated transistor closure.
Adjustable Pulse Duration- To further increase the flexibility of the model 600/650, the user may select the length time that the relay is closed when sending an output pulse. The duration varies from 0.1 second to 1.5 seconds in increments of 0.2 seconds. Selection is by a 3 position dip switch on the circuit board.
L.E.D. Indicators- The output from the sensor and the output pulse are displayed by LED's on the circuit board giving visual proof of operation.
